Basic Health Screening

A complete blood count, comprehensive metabolic profile & lipid profile which gives you an evaluation of overall general health and your risk of heart disease and other issues.  This panel includes calcium, glucose, electrolytes, cholesterol and more.

Thyroid Panel (TSH & Free T4)

A thorough evaluation of your thyroid function that can indicate thyroid diseases, including hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism.

Hemoglobin A1c

This test gives you an average of your blood sugar level of the past 2 to 3 months.

Iron Studies (iron, iron binding & ferritin)

Assessment of your iron levels & stores in your body, which can be a common cause of anemia.

Vitamin D

The level of vitamin D affects not only the health of your bones and your mood, but lower levels have been shown to correlate with increased cancer risks.

PSA (prostate specific antigen)

Elevated PSA levels may indicate prostate cancer, a noncancerous condition such as prostatitis, or an enlarged prostate.

Vascular Screenings (Peripheral Artery Disease, Aortic Aneurysm and Carotid Stenosis)

These exams can help identify the buildup of plaque in your arteries which affects blood flow and can lead to stroke, heart disease and aneurysms.

$20.00 each or 3 for $50.00

For best results, do not eat or drink anything other than water for 10 – 12 hours before your exam.  No physician’s order is required and we encourage everyone to attend.

Multiple vendors with Health Resources and Education will be available by more than 20 vendors including finger sticks to check blood sugar, blood pressure checks, and skin cancer screenings.
