3. Depending on the
diagnosis, you may want to wear loose
fitting clothes or bring shorts and a t-shirt.
Q: I have a question regarding a therapy bill
I received.
Who do I contact?

Q: Do I have a co-pay at the time of service?
A: This will depend on the type of
insurance you carry.
We should be
able to tell you by the end of your first
appointment.
Q: Do I need to see my physician before I can
receive therapy? A: Yes. We need
a referral from your primary care or specialty
physician prior to treating you in therapy.
The exception to this would be if you have been
treated for the same condition within the calendar year you do
not need a referral from a Physician.
Q: How long is each therapy appointment?
A: Most appointments will last 30 to
60 minutes.
Q: How often do I have to come to therapy?
A: The therapist will be able to
tell you after your first
appointment.
Typically Patients are seen 2-3 days a week.
Q: What are your hours?
A: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday
through Friday.
