Welcome to the Bright Beginnings Birthing Center. Here at Republic County Hospital we offer a wide variety of services in our OB Department. Your birthing experience will include one on one nursing care by a Registered Nurse with specialized training. There is a hot tub available for your use and comfort during the labor process. We also provide 24 hour anesthesia service with many aspects of pain control and all of our local physicians are experienced in c-section deliveries if the need should arise.

Our beautiful OB suites offer both comfort and privacy, which we feel is so important during this special time in your life.  Bright Beginnings Birthing Center offers you the choice of rooming-in, where you keep the baby in your room with you, or 24 hour nursery care. We feel it is important for you to decide what is best for you and your new baby.

As a special gift to our new parents, we provide a new car seat, packed with wonderful surprises for the proud parents. We also offer free childbirth education classes to expectant women and their coaches every January, April & September. This gives you the best opportunity to prepare for your delivery, to meet our staff and to help you deal with the unknown factors that come along with pregnancy, and will give you the information and resources needed to make decisions.
